These poly mailer bags are strong, resistant, and durable, ensuring your products are safely packaged and shipped to your customers with minimal risk of damage.

We gladly accept returns in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. We reserve the right to refuse return packages if the items have been used or damaged after purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges on unwanted items. If an error occurred in the shipment of your order requiring a return, or if your product has a manufacturer's defect not caught by quality control, we will send you a mailing label for your return free of charge.

For custom poly mailer orders, we accept a minimum of 50 mailers. This requirement is due to the costs and logistics involved. Producing fewer than 50 units would not be feasible or cost-effective given the time and manpower required to make each order.

While we don’t have a resolution limit for orders, we strongly recommend providing the highest resolution images available. Higher resolution files offer more clarity and detail, resulting in better print quality on your mailers. Please send any raster-based images (like PNGs and JPGs) in the actual size you want them printed. Vector-based files in formats like PDF and EPS are also accepted and work well for custom logos on poly mailers.
